Our Favorite Things

Steffany's Favorite Things:

• Loves old movies... especially Shirley Temple, Sound of Music and Gidget.. Oh and we can't forget Disney
• Musicals were her life in high school- and she still enjoys watching them live. 
• Dancing, although she's not that good. :-)
• Hiking... anywhere... anytime BUT especially under the moon and stars!
• Soaking up life in the hot springs
• Admiring the changing leaves in Fall, snow in the Winter, flowers in Spring and never-ending sunshine in the Summer
• Aspen Trees!
• Enjoys working out, even if it's just a light jog, yoga, or full out Beachbody. 
• Singing with her dad
• Reading all genres of books *right now on a series called "The Brothers"
• LOVES any form of dark chocolate candy. Mmmm. 
• Playing ball with the puppy
• Relaxing to the sound of the piano and attempting to play
• Traveling... everywhere!
• Prefers food with lots of flavor- mexican dishes, sushi, thai, curry... 
• Enjoys singing and listening to music fames- Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson, LeAnn Rimes, Martina McBride, Eli Young Band, etc. Anything country!
• Playing with the nieces and nephews (we have 17)
• Observing, experiencing, hiking, and climbing mountains
• Kayaking adventures
• Loves SURPRISES from Danny!

Danny is a humble man- a man of few words, but when he speaks, it is a powerfully complete thought. Because he is a quiet man, he is able to listen and observe more intently allowing him to make clear, intentional decisions. He is able to remain calm and collected through the most disastrous of life's storms while guiding those around him. He is affectionate and loving towards his closest friends and family with a big heart for strangers as well. He can be silly and goofy- this is why you will often find him playing with the children at family gatherings rather than sitting around chatting with the adults. Below are a few things he enjoys:

• Very passionate about road and mountain biking... He loves a good challenge!
• Venturing down mountains in the snow on a snowboard.
• Seeks out creepy things- haunted houses, scary movies, making people jump (all within boundaries of course!)
• FOOD! Nothing else to say! :)
• Loves wrestling with Addie when he gets home from work. 
• Playing with the 17 nieces and nephews (Danny is a HUGE kid) :-)
• Listening and singing to the Muse
• Enjoys working on his motorcycle and making it look unique. 
• Playing basketball with friends
• Anything mountain!
• Loves watching thunderstorms and will sit outside even if it's crazy!
• Sweets... especially mangoes and sticky rice. 
• Living in interesting places with different cultures *He's lived and traveled in South East Asia.
• Loves "old-school" watches!
